Rafa Benitez To Leicester City Links Provoke Same Two-Word Response

Brendan Rodgers remains at the helm at Leicester City but that has not stopped speculation as to who might replace him in the King Power hotseat.

Thomas Frank, Sean Dyche, Mauricio Pochettino and Marcelo Bielsa have all been linked with the role in recent days.

Another manager whose name is in the frame appears to be Rafa Benitez, who has been out of work since his ill-fated tenure at Everton.

Former Sky Sports presenter Richard Keys even suggested Benitez had applied for the job, provoking a strong reaction from Foxes fans.

Here’s what they have been saying on social media about the possibility of the former Liverpool, Newcastle and Real Madrid manager taking over:

Lindsay Burnett: Oh no.

John Heathcote: Don’t want him as Leicester manager.

Martin Davies: No thanks.

Micky Kean: No thanks.

Simon Booth: No thanks, almost took Everton down & that was with money spent!

Sue Cheshire: No thank you. Next!

Alex Bird: This is a prime example of, you get rid off Rodgers, who replaces him… very limited options.

Trevor Sirdefield: No, no.

Vicky Walton: No thanks.

Russ Young: No thank you.

Terence Gardner: No thnx.

Keith Blake: That’s even worse.
